`linux-generic-lts-trusty` is not described as a metapackage

Hi,

The `linux-generic-lts-trusty` package is not described as a metapackage by `dpkg` or `apt-cache`, thus the output of `dpkg -l` (which just describes both `linux-generic-lts-trusty` and `linux-image-generic-lts-trusty` as containing kernel images) isn't great at describing that they are not simply one and the same.

I'm running 12.04, trying to install the 14.04 HWE (linux-generic-lts-trusty v3.13.0.34.30).

I asked about this on ubuntu-users, and was asked to file a bug.

This bug is missing log files that will aid in diagnosing the problem. From a terminal window please run:

apport-collect 1361639

and then change the status of the bug to 'Confirmed'.

If, due to the nature of the issue you have encountered, you are unable to run this command, please add a comment stating that fact and change the bug status to 'Confirmed'.

Andrew - what description language would you suggest ? Something like, "This meta package will always depend on the latest ..." ?

Tim - something as simple as appending "(metapackage)" to the end would work for me. At least then there's a noticeable difference between the two.
