Trouble with wifi interface after upgrade from 6.2 to 6.5 hwe kernel

After server boots up, outbound network connectivity over wifi interface is okay but inbound is not. Jellyfin app clients are unable to connect to Jellyfin server running on this server. From my desktop PC I cannot ping the ip for the wifi interface.
