Bug Description

Whenever I try to suspend my laptop(Dell Latitude 3440, currently running ubuntu 14.04 with 4.4.0-31-generic) the screen goes black and it freezes and it does not suspend properly. I am only left with option of forcefully shutting it down. I previously thought the bug was due to using of nvidia drivers, so i deleted all the drivers. The problem was still there so i thought of upgrading the kernel to the latest kernel and deleting the old ones. So i deleted the old kernels after installing 4.4.0.
