This is a failure in the apparmor regression tests:

running exec_qual
/tmp/testlibHWyJcE/source/trusty/apparmor-2.8.95~2430/tests/regression/apparmor/prologue.inc: line 163: 30989 User defined signal 1 $testexec "$@" > $outfile 2>&1
Error: exec_qual failed. Test 'enforce ux case1' was expected to 'pass'. Reason for failure 'killed by signal 10'

I'm not sure why this is failing like so.

FYI signal 10 is SIGUSR1 which rather sounds like what we are intending to send to it.
