Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
Start the computer after a sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get upgrade
What should have happend:
the new kernel should have loaded and the computer should work normally
What really happened:
Kernel Panic
When I start the computer I get a Kernel Panic - Not Syncing: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on unknown-block(0,0).
When I reboot into the previous kernel I am able to create this error report.
There needs to be way of checking or ensuring that the new kernel is properly installed before rebooting. I don't want to even imagine this kernel panic happening on one of my remote machines.
