[Lenovo E450/E550] System got hang after resumed back from S3 , hibernate or hybird_sleep.

Steps:
1. Install 14.04.2 on E450.
2. Log in system and install fglrx.
3. Reboot system.
4. Log in system again
5. Click 'Suspend' from gear list on the top right corner of screen.
6. Make sure system enter S3, then press 'Fn' to wake it up.

Expected result:
System resumed back smoothly.

Actual result:
System got hang after resumed back.

The issue only reproduced on discrete card, for integrated card, S3, hibernate and hybird_sleep work normally.

The bug could be reproduced on machine 201409-15790. It is another I+A platform.
