Bug Description

CID : 201411-16166 Lenovo E450 (I+A) with 14.04.2 (utopic)
CID : 201411-16167 Lenovo E550 (I+A) with 14.04.2 (utopic)

Steps:
1. Install 14.04.2 on E450.
2. Log in system and install fglrx.
3. Reboot system.
4. Connect HDMI cable.
5. Switch internal, external, mirror and extend modes by display key.

Expected result:
The 4 modes show normally.

Actual result:
Display abnormally on both screen under extendl mode. Please refer to picture.jpg

On I+A platforms, the issue only reproduced on discrete card, it can not repro under integrated display card working.
