[Lenovo E?50 I+A] There is no 'HDMI / DisplayPort' selection in output tab of Sound Setting when plug in HDMI cable on the port.

Steps:
1. Install 14.04.2 on E450.
2. Connect HDMI cable.
3. Navigate to System setting -> Sound -> output, observe the result.
4. Un-plug HDMI cable, then install fglrx.
5. Reboot system.
6. Connect HDMI cable.
7. Navigate to System setting -> Sound -> output, observe the result.

Expected result:
Step 3 and 7, there should be a 'HDMI / DisplayPort' selection in output tab

Actual result:
There is no 'HDMI / DisplayPort' selection in output tab

The bug can be reproduced on 201409-15790 and 201411-16167.

@Gabriel, can you attach the apport-like logs? `apport-bug audio` can do the magic.

There is a interesting appearance. First, I plug in the cable, the tab do not list 'HDMI / DisplayPort' selection. When I execute 'apport-bug audio', following the steps, I can hear the sound from external HDMI screen. Then I re-open the Sound setting window, the 'HDMI / DisplayPort' do list on output tab.
