Version of fsck.vfat which is in precise repository does not work this new linux kernel version. See reported bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/dosfstools/+bug/1322976

Please consider updating dosfstools (where is fsck.vfat) package or at least including needed patch.
