Tried following kernel parameters,
1. acpi_osi="!Windows 2012"
2. acpi_backlight=vendor
3. video.use_native_backlight=1
each of them can fix this bug.

Since upstream is going to change the default for video.use_native_backlight to 1,
this bug can be fixed in later release after the patch is merged.
