Booting latest natty overo hwpack (hwpack_linaro-overo_20110209-1_armel_supported.tar.gz) on a tobi + overo com board, I got:

I suspect eth0 is to blame; I can't boot for other reasons, so I don't know whether eth0 actually works, but it does show up on ifconfig -a.
