[joule-linux #13] No HDMI audio output profile.

Bug Description
Steps:
1.Modify configuration to enable HDMI Audio features and disable Analog Audio features.(by add/remove # symbol)
$ sudo vim.tiny /etc/modprobe.
2.Reboot system to enable settings.
3.Switch to root and do following steps:
$ sudo su -
$ mkdir -p /run/user/
$ pulseaudio.pactl list cards
Except Result:
List Card #0, which is about HDMI Audio profile information.
Issue Result:
No any cards are listed.
Note:
joule-linux 4.4.0-1003.8-1 #12 do not have this issue.

It's a 4.4.0-1004.9 with a fix applied but I didn't bump the ABI number. Please try it and let me know if you can reproduce the issue with this kernel or not. Thanks!
