Lenovo T530 can't suspend after kernel update to 4.13

Bug Description

After upgrading my Ubuntu to 16.04.3 from 16.04.2 (and kernel 4.8 -> 4.13) I've started to see suspend problem on my lenovo T530
It tries to suspend but immediately start waking up.

I haven't had this issue with 4.4 or 4.8

I've tried to update BIOS - it didn't help.
But looks like update to linux 4.15.1 helped

Unfortunately it happened again. So 4.15.1 didn't help. Will try 4.15.2

Currently on 4.15.0-43 I don't see it. So probably fixed
