Bug Description
The problem appeared when I upgraded my linux kernel from 6.2.0-26-generic to 6.2.0-36-generic.
Observing the output of the top command, the processes that show up at the top are :
- kworker/0:x+kacpid
- kworker/
where x changing from 0 to 3.
CPU usage of those tasks varies between 20% and 25%.
