Bluetooth not working (Intel AX201)

Previously my system was blackscreen, then I updated it using sudo apt-get install ubuntu-desktop
But bluetooth is not working

This is unlikely to be a bluez bug because that package hasn't changed in over a year. It looks more likely caused by the introduction of the linux-hwe-6.2 kernel.
