Bug Description

This patch https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=82fd151d38d9fda714c5bb2e9e79ecd6bdc72da6 is a performance improvement fix for handling 9k frames on gvnic and is being requested by GCP for the 5.19 kernel.

Testing:
 - Boot tested with gvnic, tested basic networking functionality

Regression potential:
 - Small regression potential - impact limited to the gvnic driver ("gve")

This bug is awaiting verification that the linux-gcp/5.19.0-1026.28 kernel in -proposed solves the problem. Please test the kernel and update this bug with the results. If the problem is solved, change the tag 'verification-needed-kinetic' to 'verification-done-kinetic'. If the problem still exists, change the tag 'verification-needed-kinetic' to 'verification-failed-kinetic'.

If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Thank you!
