linux-gcp: ubuntu_ltp_controllers reports broken tests

What is the difference between failed and broken ?

I don't really know what is wrong with this test, but I do see some build failures in the attached log:

Hello Tim,
this bug title says it's for ubuntu_ltp_controllers, however the bug description and the attachment is for ubuntu_kernel_selftests. So I am not sure which one you're referring to in this case.

I am going to close this bug. Please feel free to open a new one.

After looking into the attached log, I think it's a dup of bug 1949532, let's track it there.
