The problem has been fixed by commit (upstream): d90a10e2444b "fsnotify: Fix fsnotify_ mark_connector race"
This is also included in bionic kernel (b75e7fe93538ef 420bb1e5f68b8c3 b3525a33e73) since Ubuntu- 4.15.0- 24.26. It is cannot be reproduced anymore, either.
