The problem has been fixed by commit (upstream): d90a10e2444b "fsnotify: Fix fsnotify_mark_connector race"

This is also included in bionic kernel (b75e7fe93538ef420bb1e5f68b8c3b3525a33e73) since Ubuntu-4.15.0-24.26. It is cannot be reproduced anymore, either.

Note: getrandom02 is fixed in LP:1831229
