* Interchange maintainer and uploader.
* Update Standards to 3.9.6.

* debian/rules: Use the same build flags CDEFS and LDDEFS as is in
use by the variant linux-ftpd-ssl.
* debian/postinst: Mistyped informational text. (Closes: #741111)
