Bug Description
[Impact]
No output from the right speaker.
[Fix]
Add driver for TAS2781 and firmware to support the new hardware.
[Test]
Tested on hardware, the output of speakers works fine
on bootup and resume for 10 times.
[Where problems could occur]
It may break audio output.
It includes 7 commits from 6.8 kernel and 1 from 6.9-rc5 as a new driver.
SRU for OEM-6.5 and Noble only.

Accepted linux-firmware into noble-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https:/ /launchpad. net/ubuntu/ +source/ linux-firmware/ 20240318. git3b128b60- 0ubuntu2. 1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
Please help us by testing this new package. See https:/ /wiki.ubuntu. com/Testing/ EnableProposed for documentation on how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.
