Bug Description

[Impact]

RX6000 series gfx cards do not work on Ubuntu at the moment. They need new firmware recently pushed upstream.

[Test case]

Install the updates, see that the desktop session is running with the native driver.

For the kernel it needs 5.9 or up (oem-5.10 will do), Mesa needs to be on 20.2.x or newer (currently in groovy and in focal-proposed.
