linux-firmware: revert the sof-firmware and tplg files from v0.6_release for tgl machines

[Impact]
We integrated the sof-firmware and tplg for tgl platforms. But
recently Intel told us this firmware is not signed by production key,
we need to revert it.

Revert the firmware and tplg

ls /lib/firmware/intel/sof/
ls /lib/firmware/intel/sof-tplg/

[Regression Risk]
Low, just revert a patch we just merged last cycle.

Accepted linux-firmware into focal-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-firmware/1.187.2 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Installed the linux-firmware 1.187.2, ls /lib/firmware/intel/sof and /lib/firmware/intel/sof-tplg, verfied the files are reverted.
