Wrong version of liquidio firmware images is in linux-firmware package of Artful Aardvark

Bug Description

The wrong version of liquidio firmware images (v1.6.1) is there. The right version is v1.5.1 which matches the version of the liquidio PF and VF drivers that are part of Linux kernel version 4.13 which Artful has.

Please get the v1.5.1 liquidio firmware images from upstream:

https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-firmware.git/commit/?id=5e68cab0976c0efc13b769791ade3e9747807f35

and put them in Artful's linux-firmware package. Thanks.

And how would a newer firmware break the driver? AA is EOL anyway, so closing
