please update i915 firmware

Upstream has version 1.21 of the dmc firmware for i915 Skylake hw, please pull at least the following commits

f11e89f02583e36 linux-firmware: Clean up i915 by removing old skl dmc firmware.

ea2d9b267790310 linux-firmware: New minor DMC release for Skylake - ver1_20

forgot to add tasks for vivid & trusty, as those have SKL support as well. Upstream urged me to verify the new version is used.

Accepted linux-firmware into trusty-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-firmware/1.127.16 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
