Bug Description

Ubuntu 13.10 x64
Versions affected so far 1.116 - 1.116.2

With version 1.116.2 I cannot connect to a specific wireless network. The network uses WPA2 Personal authentication. Note that this does not happen on all networks of this configuration. The network will allow me to connect once with a given MAC address and then not again.

The same machine will authenticate just fine when booted into windows with the same mac address.

Using network-manager to spoof the address will work once for that MAC address. When I downgraded from 1.116.2 to 1.116, the hardware mac address again worked once, then not again.
