CID 201206-11396 was tested bluetooth audio on 12.04.3:
  * pair is successful
  * when playing .ogg music example, mode selection in Sound Settings is
    * HSP, then there is no sound
    * A2DP, then there is sound

Hello Sam, Could you please provide the full model name as requested in comment #4? Once it's there, you can give it back to me so I can re-triage it. Thanks!

The broadcom 0a5c:21f1 bluetooth device requires broadcom's firmware for audio to work, however it is not publicly available and not in linux-firmware.

Anthony Wong, is there anyone at Broadcom who would already be working on this, would an open source firmware already be in development by kernel.org upstream, etc.?

Oh, I thought I did reply on this, but obviously I didn't :P

We don't have the full name or any related sticker on the system, all we have is this model name that given by the hardware vendor.
Thanks.
