The dmesg.txt would appear to indicate some media error, though whether that's the root medium is not clear (the df output is equally strange given the root file-system apparently has "none" filesystem).

I'll set this to incomplete; could you confirm if this is still an issue and, if so, provide some more details about the setup as it does appear to be missing some things (like a mount of the boot partition for one).
