SRU Justification:
[Impact]
It shouldn't affect normal functionalities. With this fix, it'll remove a warning when unloading and loading the sdhci_of_dwcmshc kernel driver.
[Fix]
The fix unload the runtime PM when unloading the sdhci_of_dwcmshc driver.
[Test Case]
Normal regression;
Unload and load sdhci_of_dwcmshc.ko again.
[Regression Potential]
Same behavior from user perspective.
