linux-libc-dev corresponding to the linux-image-5.4.0-1035-bluefield is not available

Here is the "linux-libc-dev" which is available on BlueField DPU:

But this package is not in sync with linux-bluefield.

Please provide corresponding "linux-libc-dev" with every SRU kernel.

@Vladimir: There is only one linux-libc-dev in the archive which is built out of the generic kernel:
