Bug Description

Please merge https://salsa.debian.org/kernel-team/linux-base/-/commit/1ed6758e3c3f4ee21a8988d2cd83637ede095892 into Ubuntu's linux-base package. It allows recognizing custom kernels (as often needed for embedded scenarios) that are uncompressed, thus prefixed vmlinux-.
