SRU Justification:
Impact: When the wifi signal is weak, the rt73usb driver has a poor performance
Fix: Two patches, one to take hardcoded values for certain timings (which proved to be better) and one to report the retry and fail count to mac80211.
Testcase: Results in a clean open site environment:
