Bug Description

 Running '/home/azure/autotest/client/tests/ubuntu_zram_smoke_test/ubuntu_zram_smoke_test.sh'
 modprobe: FATAL: Module zram not found in directory /lib/modules/4.18.0-1004-azure
 FAILED: cannot load zram module

Same issue found with bionic/linux-aws-edge on ADT tests:

Hi Kleber,
the zram test should be blacklisted, the reason why it's not working has been logged in bug 1806799.

I think this applies to ubuntu_quota_smoke_test as well.
