Issues found, so please keep this kernel in "edge" on 18.04.

KVP fails: When the VM resumes after triggering the crash the KVP daemon enters in a failed state and thus all testing that needs to read the IP from the VM fails. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/bionic/+source/linux-azure/+bug/1766857

There are also issues with rescinding KVP that are being investigated (could be a test problem).
