Please note that this is not a regression, since it has been failing on xenial/linux-aws for a while.

Found also on two out of three tries of RT on xenial/linux-aws/4.4.0-1132.146 only on t2.small instance. Previous cycle (xenial/linux-aws/4.4.0-1131.145) passed, although on this machine it still looks like the test might pass, might fail.
