Bug Description
In Ubuntu 20.04, the manpage for lintian (2.62.0ubuntu2.2) refers to the CHECKS section, but this section is empty. I see also that the COLLECTION section contains only the text "@COLLECTION@".
There is a similar contradiction in the text on 22.04 (2.114.0ubuntu1.2) but this is related to an upstream bug due to dropping the list but not the references to the list https:/
