Bug Description

Binary package hint: linphone

lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 9.10
Release: 9.10

apt-cache policy linphone
linphone:
  Instalados: 3.1.2-2ubuntu2
  Candidato: 3.1.2-2ubuntu2
  Tabla de versión:
 *** 3.1.2-2ubuntu2 0

        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

I expected '5' in the middle of the dialpad.

I see '10' instead.

It also affects 10.04 version.

I think it is a locale problem. If you set

export LANG=C

the keypad is drawed properly.
