"lsb_release -rd" gives
Description: Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS
Release: 16.04
"apt-cache policy linphone" gives
linphone:
Installed: 3.6.1-2.5
Candidate: 3.6.1-2.5
Version table:

I just upgraded to Ubuntu 16.04.1 and then installed linphone. When I start linphone a message pops up saying, "Could not start tls transport on port 10121, maybe this port is already used." I started linphone from the command line with the --verbose flag set and there is a message that says, "linphone-message : getaddrinfo failure. 0.0.0.0:10121 (-9)".

Linphone 3.6.1-2.5 from the repositary doesn't work on both my laptop and desktop with kubuntu 16.04 (both amd64 and up to date). The error is "Could not start tls transport on port 5061, maybe this port is already used", as mentioned above. I tried a lot of ways to made it work but nothing was of any use. The changing of the port doesn't help, the error is the same on every port. When starting it from the console the pop up with the error apears just the same. The version 3.9 from PPA works correctly. So I confirm the bug. Sorry for my bad English ))
