fflas-ffpack binaries were removed from Debian in bug #840195 /bugs.debian. org/840195
https:/
We believe that the bug you reported is now fixed; the following
package(s) have been removed from unstable:
fflas-ffpack | 1.6.0-1 | armel, mips, powerpc, s390x
------------------- Reason ------------------- ------- ------- ------- ------- ------- ----
ROM; FTBFS on some architectures and blocking migration to testing
-------
There doesn't appear to be any progress in the upstream bug: /github. com/linbox- team/fflas- ffpack/ issues/ 45

Can we remove fflas-ffpack binaries for powerpc and s390x in Ubuntu?
