Bug Description
Testuite will run pyflakes tests if it's present, but we don't build-depend on it.
pyflakes sometimes catches programming errors, and the current situations gives different build results on the buildds versus a developer system with pyflakes installed, so we really ought to build-dep on pyflakes. Currently, this doesn't pass, but it should pass with next release.
