From the dpkg terminal log:

update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-4.15.0-125-generic
Fatal: raid_setup: stat("/dev/disk/by-id/ata-TOSHIBA_MK5055GSX_Z9K8SF7NS")
run-parts: /etc/initramfs/post-update.d//runlilo exited with return code 1
dpkg: error processing package linux-firmware (--configure):
installed linux-firmware package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 1

So the error is coming from a lilo script run when generating the initramfs. I'm not sure what reason you might have for having lilo installed, but if it's not needed you might consider removing it.
