Am unable to join Active Directory Domain because the tools aren't properly installed.

Installed the following packages:

krb5-user (1.6.dfsg.3~beta1-2)
libkadm55 (1.6.dfsg.3~beta1-2)
likewise-open (4.0.4-0ubuntu9)
likewise-open-gui (4.0.4-0ubuntu9)

Kernel version:

2.6.24-10-generic

FIXED:

tools that need to be used are named differently:

domainjoin-cli == likewise-open

domainjoin-gui == likewise-open-gui

It would be good to add a System->Administration entry for the binary "domainjoin-gui" automatically so that an Administrator or user who is not familiar with the package can easily find it.

Do you really think commenting the quilt usage is worthwhile?

Hi Nicolas,

Two comments for your debdiff:
- You have totally broken the clean target. The clean target in your debdiff does nothing. You don't need to comment this things:
# dh_testdir
# dh_testroot
# rm -f build-stamp configure-stamp
# $(MAKE) clean
# dh_clean

- I think adding another .desktop file only for KDE is suboptimal... Another way would be to patch the desktop file to use su-to-root. Although that would add a dependency on menu, so let's leave your change, which is good too. I hope we have a su-to-root freedesktop wrapper provided in xdg-utils.
