Bug Description

When upgrading to lighttpd (1.4.18-1ubuntu1.3) the file permissions of /var/log/lighttpd were changed from my settings of user "other-user" to user "www-data" causing the server to not restart due to permission errors.

Error message: Setting up lighttpd (1.4.18-1ubuntu1.3) ...

    * Starting web server lighttpd 2008-04-03 14:34:05: (mod_accesslog.c.535) opening access-log failed: Permission denied /var/log/lighttpd/access.log

2008-04-03 14:34:05: (server.c.892) Configuration of plugins failed. Going down.

Manual fix: chown directory back to old state
