Bug Description

When I try to use w3c validator page (http://validator.w3.org/), I get following error from that page:

A fatal error occurred when attempting to decode response body from <my web site>. Either we do not support the content encoding specified ("bzip2"), or an error occurred while decoding it.
The error was: Don't know how to decode Content-Encoding 'bzip2'

This is a know issue (= http://redmine.lighttpd.net/issues/2443) that has been fixed in upstream over a year ago (= http://redmine.lighttpd.net/projects/lighttpd/repository/revisions/2856), so it is a bit surprising that it is still present in Ubuntu 13.10 (Saucy). Lighttpd version as reported with 'lighttpd -v' is:

lighttpd/1.4.33 (ssl) - a light and fast webserver
Build-Date: Dec 18 2013 07:40:56
