Audio is completely broken

When playing a youtube video. The video quality is perfrect but audio is just a mess. Lightspark shows up in the sound control of the Unity Desktop, so Pluseaudio seems to be used properly.

FYI: I only had browser-plugin-lightspark installed but the result ist the same when I also install lightspark.
