Command complete by Tab key in bash don't work for me after first word entered

Bug Description

When I try to enter command in bash that have params (it will be few words), completion works only for first word and for filenames. Other commands or parameters that go after first word bash can't complete by Tab key pressing.
But if I press ctrl+alt+f1, login into console it works.
