I suppose it is a kernel bug, this is the output of xrandr

xrandr: Failed to get size of gamma for output default
Screen 0: minimum 1920 x 1080, current 1920 x 1080, maximum 1920 x 1080
default connected 1920x1080+0+0 0mm x 0mm

I do not see another screen

What if you upgrade to the latest kernel 5.3.0-17?

Changed in lightdm (Ubuntu):
status: New → Incomplete
Claudio Fior (caiofior) wrote :

I suppose it is related to the missing extra modules
