15.05 unbunto installing will not install it frezzeing on restarting the computer it just see black screen

Bug Description
it frezzeing on restarting the computer it just see black screen on restart
or it frezzeing on getting softwere stays on 85 left to install
I tryed doing
useing
sudo apt-get install -f
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update
and tryed the installing it again for now im staying on ver. 14.10
not moving to 15.05 ver Im trying to see I cam get the current cd of 15.05 to install it I do not know how to get the download for the 15.05 ver to download to cd or burn it to a cd to install it i stay on ver 14.10 for now
