Bug Description

The greeter does not respect users' HiDPI preferences, leaving the greeter at default scale while the desktop session scales accordingly.

Ubuntu MATE 20.10

Monitor resolution and size:
3840x2160 - 28" (This is not necessarily ideal for HiDPI and does not automatically trigger scaling. Thus, a manual toggle to force scaling is needed, which only seems to affect the desktop session.)
