Bug Description
When booting the system up, the greeter loads and shows the user wallpaper (as expected), but after a short moment, blinks black and loads the default configured wallpaper.
During the blink the greeter is not responsive, eg. no input is taken on to the password field. (The input works during the short time period before the blink, so the greeter has clearly been correctly loaded at that point.)
